Studio Laive on syksyllä 2017 perustettu jooga- ja hyvinvointistudio, jonka tiimin näkemyksenä on, että hyvän olon, elämänmakuisen elämän ja optimaalisen suorituskyvyn ylläpitäminen vaatii kokonaisuuden ymmärtämistä. Keho hyötyy liikkeestä ja mieli hiljaisuudesta.

Ilmajoogassa koette uusia kokemuksia, iloa, haastetta ja rentoutta! Ilmajooga huoltaa erityisesti selkää ja niskahartiaseutua, sulattelee kehon kireyksiä ja antaa lepohetken myös mielelle. Harjoituksen aikana liikkeitä tehdään joogamatolla, kankaan sisällä sekä ilmassa. Tunnin aikana jokainen pystyy valitsemaan itselleen sopivan tasoisen version eri asennoista. Harjoituksen kruunaa loppu­rentoutus kankaan sisällä pötkötellen - ja vaikka pienet päiväunet ottaen!

Lisäksi joogan päätteeksi voimme tarjota kupposet virkistävää teetä. Maksimi osallistujamäärä 12 hlö.
