Studio Laive on syksyllä 2017 perustettu jooga- ja hyvinvointistudio, jonka tiimin näkemyksenä on, että hyvän olon, elämänmakuisen elämän ja optimaalisen suorituskyvyn ylläpitäminen vaatii kokonaisuuden ymmärtämistä. Keho hyötyy liikkeestä ja mieli hiljaisuudesta.
Kasvojoogahetki nostaa hymyn huulille ja heleyden kasvoille! Kasvojoogassa etsimme kasvoillemme rentoutta, kohotusta sekä luonnollisen positiivista ilmettä. Kuulet kasvojoogan periaatteista, opit arkeesi sujuvasti solahtavia kasvojoogaliikkeitä ja koet ihanan rentouttavan kasvohieronnan. Kasvojooga toimii tehtäväksi vaikkapa kokouspäivän keskellä ja erityisen hyvin kasvojooga sopii tehtäväksi etänä! Kasvojoogan avulla löydämme kasvoillemme rennon ja positiivisen ilmeen.
Tapahtuma voidaan järjestää myös yrityksen omissa tiloissa tai muissa toimintaan sopivissa tiloissa. Tällöin elämys on mahdollista järjestää isommillekin seurueille.
