100-vuotias pikkutalo on idyllinen kokous- tai koulutuspaikka pienille, 2-5 hengen ryhmille. Majoitus max 2 hengelle.
Lahden Töyrynpuistossa sijaitseva taloharvinaisuus on pieni palanen Lahden vanhaa historiaa. Puistoa ympäröi kerrostaloalue. Asiakkaitten käytössä on tupa, täysin varusteltu pieni keittiö ja wc/suihkutila. Tuvassa on 2 nojatuolia, kahdenistuttava vuodesohva, pöytäryhmä ja 2 hengen seinäsänky. Kokouspaketit saatavilla. Talossa on myös sähköpiano.
Paavolan Pikkukartanossa järjestetään myös kulttuuria, mm. kotikonsertteja alueen senioreille, ja puistokonsertteja kesäisin. Taloa vuokrataan yhdelle ryhmälle kerrallaan, joten yksityisyys on taattu.
