Yrttiretket

Retkellä tutkailemme pihapiirin ja lähiniittyjen superruokia eli opettelemme tunnistamaan ja käyttämään suomalaisesta luonnosta löytyviä villivihanneksia ja -yrttejä monipuolisesti sekä ruuanlaitossa että ihonhoidossa. Retkeen sisältyy muun muassa Masu-nokkoskombuchan maistelua ja saat mukaan reseptivihkosen.

Sieniretket

Syksyn sieniretkillä opit kantarellin ja suppilovahveron lisäksi tunnistamaan muitakin sieniä. 2,5 tunnin mittaisen retken aikana saat vinkkejä myös siitä, miten eri sieniä kannattaa kokata ja säilöä. Retki alkaa Lehmuston puutarhalta.
