Fredrika Sali on tilava ja valoisa sali, joka soveltuu erityisen hyvin erilaisiin hyvinvointi- ja liikuntatuntien pitämiseen kuten tanssiin, joogaan tai pilatekseen. Lattia on pehmeähköä muovimattoa.

Tilaisuuden yhteydessä on mahdollista tilata kahvitarjoilu Wetterhoffin talon Cafe Hoffista salin viereiseen keittiöön, mikäli haluatte järjestää vaikka tunnin päätteeksi tarjoilua (seisova pöytä).

Salissa on hyvin tilaa noin 30 hengen tilaisuuksiin. Tilassa ei ole kalustusta, joten sali on täysin vapaa liikkumiseen.
