Villa Promenade tunnettiin noin kymmenen vuotta nimellä Aurinkoravintola. Vuonna 2011 huvilan nimi vaihdettiin Villa Promenadeksi. Uuden nimen alkuperä tulee paikan historiasta.
Villa Promenade Ruissalon Kansanpuistossa tarjoaa irtioton arjen kiireistä. Henkeäsalpaavan luonnon keskellä on helppo rentoutua.

Villan yläkerran kokous- ja juhlatilat tarjoavat kauniin ympäristön, jossa viettää innovatiivinen kokouspäivä tai ikimuistoiset juhlat; häät, syntymäpäivät, valmistujaiset, kaikki elämäsi juhlat, joita on mukava viettää arvokkaassa ja perinteisessä miljöössä.

Rakennuksen on suunnitellut ravintolakäyttöön Hjalmar Lindahl vuonna 1864. Tällöin ravintolan ruokalistalta löytyi mm. kilpikonnakeittoa sekä muita ajan herkkuja. Kilpikonnakeittoa ei enää toviin ole tarjoiltu, mutta keittiömestariamme innoittavat kotimaiset laadukkaat raaka-aineet, saariston herkut sekä lähiruoan valmistus modernein mauin.
