Punkaharjun Vuoriniemellä, kirkasvetisen Saimaan rannalla sijaitseva Villa Joutsen on täydellinen valinta erilaisiin yksityis- ja yritystilaisuuksiin, kuten perhejuhliin, syntymäpäiviin, sukutapaamisiin ja yrityksen virkistyspäiviin. Tämä upea hirsihuvila tarjoaa henkeäsalpaavat maisemat ja suojaisan lahden, joka on täydellinen luonnon ystäville.

Villa Joutsenen varustukseen kuuluu ulkoporeamme saunan terassin vieressä, sähköauton kolmivaihe lataus ja oma veneluiska. Honkarakenteen hirsihuvilassa on kolme makuuhuonetta, täysin uusittu keittiö, kylpyhuone ja kaksi sisä-wc:tä. Puusaunassa on pukuhuone, jossa levitettävä sänky, ja lisämajoitustilaa löytyy piha-aitasta ja huvimajasta. Yhteensä huvilassa on 14 vuodetta.

Ympäröivät metsät tarjoavat erinomaiset mahdollisuudet marjojen ja sienten keräykseen, ja Saimaa tarjoaa loistavat kalastuspaikat. Lähellä on myös Kongonsaaren salpa-asema, joka on mielenkiintoinen nähtävyys. Iso laituri ja kovapohjainen hiekkaranta tekevät rannasta viihtyisän ja mukavan paikan rentoutua.
