Savitaipaleella puhtaan Kuolimo-järven rannalla sijaitseva tunnelmallinen Villa Helge on erinomainen paikka järjestää esimerkiksi yrityksen virkistyspäivää tai kokouksia.

Täällä saat takuu varmasti olla rauhassa omien vieraiden kesken. Suuri tontti on suojainen ja sisääntulo on suojattu puomein.

Päärakennus on kaksikerroksinen hirsihuvila v. 1990, 80 m2. Päämökin olohuoneesta upea näkymä järvelle. Edustalta löytyy suuri terassialue, jossa polyrottinkiset ulkokalusteet.

Vierasmökki on yksikerroksinen valoisa vierasmökki v. 2015, 60 m2, suurella etuterassilla jossa istumatila. Olohuone (TV) ja keittiöyhdistelmä (lämminvesivaraaja), 2 makuuhuonetta – 2 erillistä vuodetta kussakin vaatekaapein, wc, käsisuihku. Sähkölämmitys sekä ilmalämpöpumppu.

Upea suuri laituri on oiva paikka esimerkiksi auringonottoon, uimiseen ja kalastukseen! Huvilassa on n. 15 metrin päässä pieni hiekkaranta, jossa syvä kivipohja.
