Kuopion lääketieteen opiskelijat ryn kerhotalo Tuonela tarjoaa monipuoliset puitteet erilaisiin tilaisuuksiin. Tilaa vuokrataankin niin kokouksiin ja luentoihin kuin synttäreihin ja muihin juhliin. Entisen teollisuusrakennuksen tilat on helppo muokata juuri omien tarpeidenne mukaan!

Tuonelaan mahtuu kokonaisuudessaan jopa 210 henkeä. Tila jakautuu kolmeen osaan: auditorioon, juhlatilaan sekä hengailutilaan. Auditorion puolelle mahtuu kalustettuna 80 henkeä, mutta avoimena tilana mukaan mahtuu jopa 90. Juhlatilan puolella on puolestaan tilaa 120 hengelle.

Tilavuokraan kuuluu kaikki tilan puitteet, mukaan lukien videotykki, keittiö sekä wc-tilat. Tilaan on mahdollista tuoda oma ruoka- ja juomatarjoilut.

Rakennus sijaitsee Hiltulanlahden idyllisen metsän keskellä, noin 15 km päässä Kuopion keskustasta.

Additional information about cancellation policy:

Vuokran saa perua ilman kuluja vuokravarauksen vahvistamisen jälkeen, jos peruutus tehdään 30 päivää ennen varauksen alkamisajankohtaa.

Vuokravarauksen vahvistamisen jälkeen, alle 30 päivää ennen varauksen alkamisajankohtaa, ei-pakottavista syistä tehdyistä peruutuksista vuokranantaja veloittaa vuokraajalta puolet (50%) ennalta sovitun vuokran määrästä.

Jos peruuttaminen johtuu pakottavasta syystä (esim. koronaepidemian heikosta tilanteesta ja kokoontumisrajoituksista, tulipalosta, vesivahingosta tai vastaavasta) saa vuokran peruuttaa maksutta.
