Törmälän loma- ja kurssikeskus tarjoaa monipuoliset tilat Rautalammella. Törmälä sijaitsee rauhallisessa ympäristössä, jossa on mahdollista viettää juhlat, yrityksen virkistyspäivä, kokous tai ihan vain käydä rauhoittumassa.

Törmälässä on entiseen navettaan rakennettu kirkkorakennus ja luentosali. Rakennuksessa oleva luentosali ei ole yhteydessä kirkkosaliin. Kooltaan luentosali sopii pöytineen ja tuoleineen noin 30-35:lle hengelle ja ilman pöytiä noin 70:lle hengelle.

Tila sopii erinomaisesti kokous- ja koulutuskäyttöön ja salista löytyy HD-projektori, 120-tuumainen motoroitu valkokangas, äänentoistolaitteet, DVD/CD -sotin TV sekä piirtoheitin, liitutaulu ja fläppitaulu.
