Bertel Gripenberg & Co -arkkitehtitoimiston suunnittelema uusi toimistorakennus eli meidän sanoin Uusi Konttori valmistui vuonna 1981 kiinni ruokalarakennuksen pohjoisjulkisivuun. Uuden Konttorin ikkunoista avautuivat maisemat Pasilan ratapihalle, Konepajalla sekä Aleksis Kiven kadun yli aina Linnanmäelle saakka.

Uuden konttorin yksityinen aulatila on käytettävissä ryhmätyötilaksi tai työpajoihin. Sen ympärillä on majoitustilat 13 henkilölle.

Tästä yksityisestä tilakokonaisuudesta on suora hissiyhteys saunoille, kuntosalille sekä kattoterassille.
