Teatteri Avoimien Ovien tiloja vuokrataan esitystoiminnan lisäksi myös kokous- ja juhlakäyttöön. Teatteri sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Helsingin keskustassa Erottajankadulla.

Teatterisalin lisäksi vuokraamme Lämpiötä. Lämpiöön kuuluu A-oikeuksilla varusteltu baari. Istumapaikkoja Lämpiössä on irtotuoleilla 50 henkilölle. Tilaa voidaan muokata tapahtumakohtaisesti, käytössä on myös sohvarymä sekä 10 kpl korkeita pöytiä. Seisten tilaan mahtuu 135, joka on myös salin kapasiteetti.
