Vuonna 1990 rakennettu Villa Cecilia sopii Villa Axelin lailla mainiosti johtoryhmien tai projektitiimien kokous-, aivoriihi- ja/tai reflektointipaikaksi. Villa Ceciliassa voi kerralla majoittua 6 henkilöä. Oleskelutilojen ruokapöytää voidaan käyttää kokouksiin. Pöydän ympärille mahtuu 8 henkilöä.
