Erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna sijaitsee lähellä huoneistoa. Saunavuoro sovitaan erikseen.
Majoitustilan vieressä on pieni grillimökki, jossa on jääkaappi, valaistus ja infrapunalämmitin. Siellä voi valmistaa ruokaa kaasugrillillä. Ulkona ateriointia varten on puutarhakalusteet.

Frisbee-golf, tikanheitto, sulkapallo, kroketti, koripallo. Joen rannassa soutuvene, polkupyöriä vapaasti käytettävissä samoin kävelysauvoja. Sisätila, jossa voi mm. pelata biljardia, koronaa ja viettää aikaa. Lapinjärvellä on sähkömoottorilla varustettu vene. Kalastusmahdollisuudet. Yöpymisestä veloitetaan kauden mukainen hinta. Hinnat vaihtelevat kausittain. Juhannusviikonloppuna, jouluna, uutena vuotena ja pääsiäisenä hinnat ovat korkeammat, samoin hiihto- ja syyslomalla. Viikkohinnoittelu on käytössä, jolloin hinta/päivä on matalampi.
Liinavaatteet (alus- ja pussilakana ja tyynyliina) 8 €/setti.
Lemmikkieläin 20 €/oleskelu.

We plunged into the authentic atmosphere of a Finnish village
"Great stay in Silfvastas Holiday Homes
We (a family with older children) spent a week at Silfvastas Holiday Homes in July 2021.The house is equipped with everything you need, there is even a piano, a large courtyard overlooks the river. It was nice to swim in the heat, in the evening the children were fishing (silver bream, rudd, perch). A real Finnish sauna stands right on the river bank. On the river there is a dam made of stones, and behind it there is a small gentle waterfall, on it you can wander barefoot. Wild ducks with ducklings swim right there.
Friendly, intelligent owners, it was interesting for us to communicate. Friendly dogs and a cat created a special flavor. We plunged into the authentic atmosphere of a Finnish village, felt the charm of a leisurely, calm life in harmony with nature.
For a city dweller, this is a unique, unforgettable experience. Nearby is the very beautiful town of Loviisa with preserved wooden buildings of the historic center and a Lutheran cathedral. We really enjoyed.
