Villa Aava sijaitsee aurinkoisessa etelärinteessä josta maisemat avautuvat avomerelle sekä ulkosaaristoon!

Villa Aava taipuu monipuolisuutensa ansiosta monenlaisiin tapahtumiin aina muutaman kymmenen hengen illallisista maksimissaan 200 hengen cocktail-tilaisuuteen. Huoneiston pinta-ala on 330 m² ja katetun terassin pinta-ala on 74 m².

Villa Aava tarjoaa loistavat puitteet erilaisten yritysjuhlien, asiakastilaisuuksien, tuotelanseerausten sekä pikkujoulujen tai kesän kickoffien järjestämiseen. Huoneiston majoituskapasiteetti on 18 henkeä ja makuuhuoneita Villa Aavasta löytyy yhteensä 10 kappaletta!

Läheisyydessä on tunnelmallisia kokous-, juhla- ja saunatiloja, Luolasavusauna lämminvesialtaalla, tasokasta majoitusta yli 200 henkilölle sekä kaikki Santalahti Resortin palvelut, mm. viiden tähden leirintäalue, luontopolkuja avomeri- ja erämaamaisemissa, Kotka Golf Center, Minigolf Park ja rantalentiskenttiä.
