Takkatupa on erähenkinen tila, jossa ajatukset rauhoittuvat. Seinien tervaleppälankut, takkatulen loiste ja merimaisemat tekevät Takkatuvasta luonnonläheisen miljöön kokoukselle, illanvietolle tai perhejuhlalle.

Läheisyydessä on tunnelmallisia kokous-, juhla- ja saunatiloja, Luolasavusauna lämminvesialtaalla, tasokasta majoitusta yli 200 henkilölle sekä kaikki Santalahti Resortin palvelut, mm. viiden tähden leirintäalue, luontopolkuja avomeri- ja erämaamaisemissa, Kotka Golf Center, Minigolf Park ja rantalentiskenttiä.

Peruutus on aina tehtävä kirjallisesti suomen- tai englanninkielellä sähköpostilla Santalahti Resortille. Santalahti Resort vahvistaa peruutuksen sähköpostilla ja peruutus katsotaan tapahtuneeksi, kun Santalahti Resort on vahvistanut peruutuksen. Maksamaton lasku ei ole peruutus. Varauksen muuttaminen tulkitaan peruutukseksi.

1-6 vrk varaukset, peruutuksen ajankohta:
- yli 7 vrk ennen varauksen alkua – Ei kustannuksia
- 7-2 vrk ennen varauksen alkua – Santalahti veloittaa 50 % sovitusta hinnasta
- alle 2 vrk ennen varauksen alkua – Santalahti veloittaa 100 % sovitusta hinnasta
