Vuokraajan pitää siivota tilat lopuksi samanlaisiksi kuin alussa. Jos esim. pöydät, tuolit sikinsokin, pidätetään 100 eur, täyssiivous 250 eur. Tarkka hinta kuitenkin tapauksen mukaan.

Ennakkomaksu maksetaan vuokrausta tehdessä 100e sekä siivousmaksu 100e ,joka palautetaan vuokrauksen jälkeen jos kakki kunnossa,loppuvuokra on oltava maksettuna ennen tilaisuutta.
Jos ei ole siivottu ja kalusteet ole kunnossa 100e pidätetään, lisäksi koko täyssiivous 250e,tarkka hinta kuitenkin tapauksen mukaan
