Jo 80-luvun puolivälissä perustettu Ravintola Baan Thai on Turun vanhin Thai-ravintola! Aivan Turun keskustassa sijaitsevaan ravintolaan on helppo vieraiden saapua eri suunnista.

Baan tarkoittaa kotia ja Thai Thaimaata, joka heijastuu myös ravintolan keittiöön – menun sydämessä on perinteinen Thaimaalainen kotiruoka. Erillisestä tilauksesta myös erikoisemmat Vietnamilaiset sekä Thaimaalaiset annokset onnistuvat.

Ravintolasali on myös mahdollista varata yksityistilaisuuksiin, jotka kruunaa juurikin herkulliset tarjoillut. Tila jakautuu kahteen huoneeseen ja parhaimmillaan koko ravintolaan mahtuu noin 55 henkeä ruokailemaan.

Baan Thai sopii loistavasti esimerkiksi rentoihin häihin, synttäreihin tai vaikka pikkujouluihin! Paikalta löytyy äänentoisto sekä mikrofoni, joita voi hyödyntää tapahtuman aikana.
