Ainola-sali on suuri ja valoisa tapahtumasali ja sen tilat ovat monipuoliset helposti muokattavissa vieraiden toiveiden mukaan. Kaikista ikkunoista avautuu näkymä joko torille tai puistoon.

Ainola-Saliin mahtuu teatterimuodossa 330 henkeä kokoukseen tai 230 henkeä illalliselle, tarjoilutavan mukaan. Siirrettävät väliseinät luovat paljon erilaisia joustavia variaatioita tilan jakamiseen.
