Lars Sonck on ihanteellinen tila suurempiin tapahtumiin, cocktail- ja verkostoitumistilaisuuksiin sekä hybriditapahtumiin yhdessä Streaming Studion kanssa. 1800-luvulta peräisin oleva rakennus huokuu aikakautensa upeaa tunnelmaa. Tila sijaitsee Maria 01-kampuksen rakennuksessa 3.

Tilaan mahtuu konferenssityyliin järjestettynä 120 henkilöä ja seisomatilaisuuksiin jopa 190 henkilöä. Järjestelyjä helpottavat kolme suurta näyttöä sekä neljä langatonta mikrofonia. Tuoleja ja pöytiä on saatavilla tarpeen mukaan. Tilasta löytyy myös lava, äänentoistojärjestelmä, 3kpl valkotauluja, 3kpl A-telineitä sekä jääkaappi.

Tilaan voi tuoda omat tarjoilut tai hyödyntää kampuksen catering-palveluita. Lars Sonck tarjoaa puitteet ikimuistoiselle tapahtumalle.

Maria 01 on Pohjoismaiden johtava startup-kampus. Kampus tarjoaa erinomaiset tilat erilaisiin tapahtumiin seminaareista, kokouksista ja työpajoista pikkujouluihin, illallisjuhliin ja pitchaus-tilaisuuksiin.

The Lars Sonck Venue is an ideal space for larger events, cocktail and networking events, and hybrid events together with Streaming Studio . The building, which dates back to the 19th century, exudes the wonderful atmosphere of its era. The space is located in building 3 of the Maria 01 campus.

The space can accommodate 120 people organized in a conference style, and up to 190 people for stand-up events. Arrangements are facilitated by three large screens and four wireless microphones. Chairs and tables are available as needed. The space also has a stage, a professional sound system, 3 whiteboards, 3 A stands and a refrigerator.

You can bring your own food and drinks to the venue, or use any catering services.

The Lars Sonck Venue offers the setting for a memorable event.

Maria 01 is the leading startup campus in the Nordic countries. The campus offers excellent facilities for various events, from seminars, meetings and workshops to Christmas parties, dinner parties and pitching events.

Hintoihin sisältyy:
- Tila
- Tunnin mittainen järjestelyaika ennen tapahtumaa ja tunnin mittainen siivousaika tapahtuman jälkeen.
- Maria 01 -tiimin järjestämä opastettu kierros tilassa ja laitteiston läpikäynti.

Huomioithan, että hinnat eivät sisällä apua tapahtumapaikan pystyttämisessä ja purkamisessa, eivätkä apua tapahtuman aikana.

Kaikkiin hintoihin lisätään arvonlisävero (25,5 %).

The prices include:
- The venue
- An one hour setup slot before the event, and one hour cleanup slot after the event.
- A guided tour of the venue and walkthrough of the equipment provided by the Maria 01 team

Please note that the prices do not include assistance with setting up and dismantling the event venue, or assistance during the event.

VAT (25.5%) will be added to all prices.

Additional information about cancellation policy

Tapahtumavarauksen voi peruuttaa maksutta vähintään 30 päivää ennen tapahtuman alkua.
Myöhemmin tehdyistä peruutuksista veloitetaan seuraavasti:

29-14 päivää ennen tapahtumaa veloitetaan 30 % varausmaksusta.
13-8 päivää ennen tapahtumaa veloitetaan 50 % varausmaksusta.
alle 8 päivää ennen tapahtumaa veloitetaan 100 % varausmaksusta.

Jos tapahtuma joudutaan peruuttamaan Suomen hallituksen (tai muun vastaavan virallisen tahon) tapahtuman järjestämismääräysten vuoksi, peruutusmaksuja ei peritä.

The event reservation can be canceled free of charge at least 30 days before the start of the event.
Cancellations made later will be charged as follows:

29-14 days before the event, 30% of the booking fee is charged.
13-8 days before the event, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
less than 8 days before the event, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

If the event has to be canceled due to the regulations of the Finnish government (or other similar official body) regarding the organization of the event, no cancellation fees will be charged.
