Arcade 5 Arena sijaitsee Maria 01-kampuksen Arcade 5 -rakennuksessa. Arcade 5 on peliyrittäjäyhteisön koti, ja se tarjoaa monipuolisia mahdollisuuksia tapahtumien järjestämiseen.

Tilassa on avara, avoin alue, josta löytyy pieni lava sekä yksityinen terassi. Tila soveltuu erinomaisesti suurempiin yritystilaisuuksiin, kuten pikkujouluihin, yhteisötapahtumiin tai vaikka kesäisiin grillijuhliin.

Arcade 5 Arenassa voi järjestää konferenssityylisen istumajärjestelyn 60 hengelle, ja seisomapaikkoja on tarjolla jopa 120 osallistujalle. Projektori, äänentoistojärjestelmä sekä neljä langatonta mikrofonia takaavat korkealaatuisen esityskokemuksen. Tarvittaessa tilaan voidaan tuoda tuolit ja pöydät. Tilasta löytyy myös 3kpl valkotauluja, 3kpl A-telineitä sekä jääkaappi.

Tilaan voi tuoda omat ruoat ja juomat, tai hyödyntää tilan monipuolisia catering-palveluita. Arcade 5 Arena tarjoaa joustavuutta ja viihtyisyyttä, mikä tekee siitä ihanteellisen paikan erilaisille yritystilaisuuksille.

Maria 01 on Pohjoismaiden johtava startup-kampus. Kampus tarjoaa erinomaiset tilat erilaisiin tapahtumiin seminaareista, kokouksista ja työpajoista pikkujouluihin, illallisjuhliin ja pitchaus-tilaisuuksiin.

Arcade 5 Arena is located in the Arcade 5 building of the Maria 01 campus. Arcade 5 is the home of the game entrepreneur community, and it offers versatile possibilities for organizing events.

The facility has a spacious, open area with a small stage and a private terrace. The space is perfectly suited for larger company events, such as small Christmas parties, community events or even summer barbecue parties.

In the Arcade 5 Arena, you can organize a conference-style seating arrangement for 60 people, and there is standing room for up to 120 participants. The projector, sound system, and four wireless microphones guarantee a high-quality presentation experience. There are also 3 whiteboards, 3 A-stands and a refrigerator for use.

You can bring your own food and drinks to the venue, or use any catering services.

Arcade 5 Arena offers flexibility and comfort, which makes it an ideal place for various corporate events.

Maria 01 is the leading startup campus in the Nordic countries. The campus offers excellent facilities for various events, from seminars, meetings and workshops to Christmas parties, dinner parties and pitching events.

Hintoihin sisältyy:
- Tila
- Tunnin mittainen järjestelyaika ennen tapahtumaa ja tunnin mittainen siivousaika tapahtuman jälkeen.
- Maria 01 -tiimin järjestämä opastettu kierros tilassa ja laitteiston läpikäynti.

Huomioithan, että hinnat eivät sisällä apua tapahtumapaikan pystyttämisessä ja purkamisessa, eivätkä apua tapahtuman aikana.

Kaikkiin hintoihin lisätään arvonlisävero (25,5 %).

The prices include:
- The venue
- An one hour setup slot before the event, and one hour cleanup slot after the event.
- A guided tour of the venue and walkthrough of the equipment provided by the Maria 01 team

Please note that the prices do not include assistance with setting up and dismantling the event venue, or assistance during the event.

VAT (25.5%) will be added to all prices.

Additional information about cancellation policy

Tapahtumavarauksen voi peruuttaa maksutta vähintään 30 päivää ennen tapahtuman alkua.
Myöhemmin tehdyistä peruutuksista veloitetaan seuraavasti:

29-14 päivää ennen tapahtumaa veloitetaan 30 % varausmaksusta.
13-8 päivää ennen tapahtumaa veloitetaan 50 % varausmaksusta.
alle 8 päivää ennen tapahtumaa veloitetaan 100 % varausmaksusta.

Jos tapahtuma joudutaan peruuttamaan Suomen hallituksen (tai muun vastaavan virallisen tahon) tapahtuman järjestämismääräysten vuoksi, peruutusmaksuja ei peritä.

The event reservation can be canceled free of charge at least 30 days before the start of the event.
Cancellations made later will be charged as follows:

29-14 days before the event, 30% of the booking fee is charged.
13-8 days before the event, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
less than 8 days before the event, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

If the event has to be canceled due to the regulations of the Finnish government (or other similar official body) regarding the organization of the event, no cancellation fees will be charged.
