Lyyli on lämminhenkinen ja monipuolinen tila esimerkiksi illanistujaisiin tai syntymäpäiväjuhliin. Tila on vuokrattavissa viikonloppuisin hintaan 30 €/h tai sopimuksen mukaan.

Lyyliin kuuluu viihtyisä oleskelutila (39 m²) omalla sisäänkäynnillä, keittiö (19,6 m²), jossa on 10 hengen ruokapöytä, astiat, tuplakahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro, liesi-uuni sekä jääkaappi, sekä omat wc-tilat. Tila sopii mukavasti noin 40 henkilölle. Lisäksi saatavilla on lainattava äänentoisto, valkokangas ja tykki.

Lyyli sijaitsee Kalliolan Setlementtitalon 2. kerroksessa ja toimii arkipäivisin opetustilojen aulatilana. Tilaan on oma sisäänkäynti Kalliolanrinteen puolelta sekä esteetön kulku Sturenkadun ja Kalliolanrinteen kulmauksen pääovista. Hissiin mahtuu perinteinen pyörätuoli, ja oviaukko on 80 cm leveä ja 104 cm syvä.

Alli Trygg on valoisa ja avara tila Helsingin Alppiharjussa, samassa rakennuksessa Lyylin kanssa. Allin muunneltavat pöydät tekevät siitä erinomaisen tilan kokouksiin, koulutuksiin ja toiminnallisiin työpajoihin. Tila sijaitsee niin ikään 2. kerroksessa ja on esteettömästi saavutettavissa. Samalta kerrokselta löytyvät myös yhteiskäyttöinen keittiö, wc-tilat ja muut luokkatilat.

Vahvistetun varauksen voi perua maksutta vähintään 30 päivää ennen tilaisuutta. Jos peruutus tehdään 29-18 päivää ennen tilaisuutta, laskutamme 30% varauksen kokonaishinnasta. Peruutus 17-10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta 50% kokonaishinnasta. Mikäli varaus peruutetaan alle 10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta, laskutetaan koko varauksen hinta.

You can cancel your reservation without a cost at least 30 days before the event. If the cancellation is done 29-18 days before the event, you will be charged 30% of the total sum of reservation. Cancellation 17-10 days before the event will be charged 50% of the total sum. Whether the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the event, the total sum of the reservation will be charged.
