Edustusneuvottelutila Kotka sopii kuin nenä päähän erilaisiin tapaamisiin, hallituksen kokouksiin tai vaikka tiimin suunnittelupäivään.

Tilavan pöydän ympärillä on paikat jopa 15 hengelle. Pöydän poikki kulkee suojaava pleksi, jolla pyritään torjumaan koronaviruksen leviämistä. Käytössänne on laadukas videotykki ja AV-laitteisto etäkokousten pitämiseen. Tilassa on myös fläppitaulu sekä maksuton WLAN.

Päivän tarjoiluista huolehtii Sinuhe Tiedepuisto, joka loihtii herkulliset tarjoilut sekä lyhyempiin että pidempiin tilaisuuksiin. Tila onkin joustavasti vuokrattavissa aina tunnista eteenpäin juuri teidän tarpeiden mukaan.
