Kokoustila Joutsen on tehokas tila erilaisten kokousten, brainstormauksien ja ryhmätyöskentelyjen järjestämiseen. Tilavan pöydän ympärillä on istumapaikat jopa 18 hengelle, joten paikalle mahtuu hieman isommallakin porukalla. Pöydän poikki kulkee suojaava pleksi, jolla pyritään torjumaan koronaviruksen leviämistä.

Huoneen kalustoon kuuluu laadukas projektori ja AV-järjestelmä esimerkiksi etäkokousten pitämiseen. Tilasta löytyy myös fläppitaulu sekä maksuton WLAN.

Halutessanne kokoustarjoiluista vastaa Sinuhe Tiedepuisto, joka loihtii herkulliset tarjoilut sekä lyhyempiin että pidempiin tilaisuuksiin. Tila onkin joustavasti vuokrattavissa aina tunnista eteenpäin.
