day rental times are from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day.
rented per hour the minimum amount is two hours.
the latest a drop-off time is 21:00 and pick earliest at 08:00, any time outside of the mentioned may incur additional fees.
a deposit of 30% of the total quoted sum is required as a deposit, the booking is confirmed upon payment of the deposit
The deposit amount is deducted from the final invoice that will be sent after the event, payment terms are 7 days.
The price includes basic cleaning of the caravan. If specialist cleaning is required, clients will be charged according to the cleaning costs, for example if textiles or curtains need cleaning. Any damages to the caravan inside or outside will be charged at the
full price of replacing the item and / or the time and cost of sourcing / repairing or attaching the broken item.
There is no cancellation fee for events up to 14 days before the event. 14 days to 2 days before the event there is a cancellation fee of 50%. If cancelled in the 48 hours prior to the event, the total amount of the quoted fee is still charged, as we loose the possibility to rent out the caravan during that period.
events of over 100 attendees are required to have a karaoke host to manage help manage the event & people flow,
the client can also appoint their own host.
any parking or permit costs are to be added to the final invoice

any brand collaboration / sponsorship or larger public event (500 or more attendees) are to
be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Meillä ei ole peruutusmaksua tapahtumille, jotka perutaan viimeistään 14 päivää ennen tapahtumaa. 14 päivästä 2 päivään ennen tapahtumaa peruutusmaksu on 50% ja jos peruutus tehdään 48 tuntia ennen tapahtumaa, laskutamme 100% sovitusta hinnasta.
