Aiemmin kouluna toiminut, vuonna 1909 rakennettu vanha Kanavansuun koulu tarjoaa nykyisin loistavat mahdollisuudet yksityistilaisuuksien ja kokousten järjestämiseen. Kaunis ja aikaa nähnyt rakennus sijaitsee vajaan 10 kilometrin päässä Lappeenrannan keskustasta Kanavansuussa.

Kanavasuun koulu koostuu useammasta erillisestä huoneesta, joista vuokrattavana on muun muassa kokouksiin ja muita tilaisuuksia varten soveltuva tapahtuma- ja kokoushuone. Täällä taipuvat loistavasti niin koulutukset, tiimipalaverit kuin neuvottelutkin.

Istuen tilaan mahtuu 34 henkilöä, seisten se soveltuu noin 50 hengen tilaisuuksiin.
