Avara tila sopii esimerkiksi seminaareihin, kirppiksiin, juhliin ja häihin, musiikkitapahtumiin, teatteri-esityksiin tai vaikka tansseihin. Tilassa lattiapinta-alan (247 neliötä) lisäksi näyttämö (66 neliötä) akustiikkaa parantavilla verhoilla, viritetty flyygeli, valkokangas ja tykki, seminaareihin ja taustamusiikkia kaipaaviin tilaisuuksiin sopiva äänentoisto mikrofoneilla sekä puhujanpönttö. Tilan kalustamiseen on käytettävissä tuoleja sekä pöytiä.

Tila sijaitsee Setlementtitalon aulakerroksessa, josta löydät myös ison aulatilan narikoineen ja wc-tilat.
Kaikki tilat ovat esteettömiä. Setlementtitalo sijaitsee hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä Helsingin keskustasta, Sörnäisestä ja Pasilasta. Taloa ylläpitää uskonnollisesti ja puoluepoliittisesti sitoutumaton kansalaisjärjestö Kalliolan Setlementti. Tilavuokra menee puhtaasti hyvään - Kallion toimintaan eriarvoisuuden nujertamiseksi.

Tilakyselyjen palvelu on tavoitettavissa arkisin maanantai-torstai klo 9-15.

Sirenius Hall is a comfortable and inspiring space for you to have various types of events. The big space is perfect for seminars, flea markets, parties and weddings, music events, theatrical performances or even dancing. In addition to floor space, there is a stage with a projector, a screen, a couple of mics, a speaker cabinet and a sound equipment suited for seminars and background music events.

You can request an offer for catering from restaurant-coffee place Tizita kalliolacatering@gmail.com or it’s possible to bring your own food and drinks.

The space is located on the lobby floor of the Settlement House, where you will also find a large lobby area with cloakrooms and toilets. Our facilities are easily accessible.

The Kalliola Settlement House is conveniently located between Kallio and Pasila with good transport links. The Settlement House is a non-discriminatory community space maintained by Kalliolan Setlementti ry, which is a politically and religiously uncommitted non-governmental organization.

We are available and answer your request from Monday to Thursday beetween 9-15 o'clock.

Hinta on arkisin klo 8–20 115 €/tunti sekä arkisin klo 20 jälkeen ja viikonloppuisin 150 €/tunti. Tilaa voi varata joka päivä klo 8–02. Hintoihin vaikuttaa Setlementtitalon aukioloajat. Setlementtitalo on auki arkisin klo 8–20. Emme ole arvonlisäverovelvollisia ja tilavuokran lisäksi veloitamme laskutuslisän 10 €.

The price is €115/hour on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and €150/hour on weekdays after 8 pm and on weekends. The space can be reserved every day from 8 am to 2 am. The prices are affected by the opening hours of the Settlement House. The Settlement House is open on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm. We are not liable for VAT and in addition to the space rent, we charge an invoicing surcharge of €10.

Additional information about cancellation policy:

Vahvistetun tilavarauksen Setlementtitalon tiloihin voi perua maksutta vähintään 30 päivää ennen tilaisuutta. Jos peruutus tehdään viimeistään kolme viikkoa ennen tilaisuutta, laskutamme 30 % varauksen kokonaishinnasta.  Laskutamme 50 % kokonaishinnasta, jos peruutus tehdään viimeistään 10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta. Mikäli varaus peruutetaan alle 10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta, laskutetaan koko varauksen hinta.

A reservation can be cancelled free of charge at least 30 days before the event. If the cancellation is made no later than three weeks before the event, we will charge 30% of the total price of the reservation. We will charge 50% of the total price if the cancellation is made no later than 10 days before the event. If the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the event, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

Tila sopi tarkoitukseemme täydellisesti ja yhteistyö vuokraajan kanssa toimi erinomaisesti. Ei kerta kaikkiaan muuta kuin hyvää sanottavaa.

+ Tilat olivat suuria ja saliin mahtuu hyvin väkeä. Henkilökunta auttoi hyvin etenkin vahtimestari oli mukava ja avulias.
+ Saimme käyttää keittiötä ja jääkaappia.
+ Wc-tilat puhtaat ja siistit
- Salin puolella oli tosi kuuma, etenkin kun väkeä alkoi tulla lisää,ilma kulki huonosti ja vieraiden oli pakko kokoajan käydä ulkona vilvoitelemaan. Eli vieraat olivat valittaneet, että salin puolella liian kuuma.
