Hinta on arkisin klo 8–20 40 €/tunti sekä arkisin klo 20 jälkeen ja viikonloppuisin 65 €/tunti. Tilaa voi varata joka päivä klo 8–02. Hintoihin vaikuttaa Setlementtitalon aukioloajat. Setlementtitalo on auki arkisin klo 8–20. Emme ole arvonlisäverovelvollisia ja tilavuokran lisäksi veloitamme laskutuslisän 10 €.

The price is €40/hour on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and €65/hour on weekdays after 8 pm and on weekends. The space can be booked every day from 8 am to 2 am. The prices are affected by the opening hours of the Settlement House. The Settlement House is open on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm. We are not liable for VAT and in addition to the space rent, we charge an invoicing surcharge of €10. The tenant is also assisted by a caretaker throughout the reservation, who is responsible for the security of the premises and is responsible for opening and closing the premises.

Additional information about cancellation policy:

Vahvistetun tilavarauksen Setlementtitalon tiloihin voi perua maksutta vähintään 30 päivää ennen tilaisuutta. Jos peruutus tehdään viimeistään kolme viikkoa ennen tilaisuutta, laskutamme 30 % varauksen kokonaishinnasta.  Laskutamme 50 % kokonaishinnasta, jos peruutus tehdään viimeistään 10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta. Mikäli varaus peruutetaan alle 10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta, laskutetaan koko varauksen hinta.

A reservation can be cancelled free of charge at least 30 days before the event. If the cancellation is made no later than three weeks before the event, we will charge 30% of the total price of the reservation. We will charge 50% of the total price if the cancellation is made no later than 10 days before the event. If the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the event, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
