Auditoriossa järjestät helposti niin seminaarit, luennot, kokoukset kuin oppitunnit (sopii myös lähiopetukseen). Tila voi toimia mainiosti tapahtuman pääpaikkana, muissa tiloissa voitte pitää esim ryhmätyöosuudet tai muut ohjelmat sekä tarjoilut. Tilassa on valkokangas, valkotaulu, tietokone, tykki ja äänentoisto.

Sijaitsemme keskeiselle paikalla Helsingin Kalliossa hyvien liikenneyhteyksien päässä. Tilamme ovat esteettömät ja syrjinnästä vapaat.

Kalliolan Setlementtitalossa on mahdollista vuokrata useita erilaisia tiloja mitä erilaisempiin tapahtumiin, mm eri kokoisia kokous- ja ryhmätyötiloja, luokkahuoneita ja juhlasali.

Auditoriota vuokrataan myös pitkäaikaiseen käyttöön.

You can easily organize seminars, lectures, meetings and movies in the auditorium. Auditorium has a screen, a whiteboard, a computer, a projector and an audio system.

The space is located on the lobby floor of the Settlement House, where you will also find a large lobby area with cloakrooms and toilets. Our facilities are easily accessible. It’s possible to bring your own food and drinks.

The Kalliola Settlement House is conveniently located between Kallio and Pasila with good transport links. The Settlement House is a non-discriminatory community space maintained by Kalliolan Setlementti ry, which is a politically and religiously uncommitted non-governmental organization.

Jos tarvitset mikrofonia, kerrothan siitä tilavarauksen yhteydessä. Helppokäyttöinen äänentoisto sopii hyvin seminaarien lisäksi esimerkiksi elokuvien katseluun.

Additional information about cancellation policy:

Vahvistetun varauksen voi perua maksutta vähintään 30 päivää ennen tilaisuutta. Jos peruutus tehdään 29-18 päivää ennen tilaisuutta, laskutamme 30% varauksen kokonaishinnasta. Peruutus 17-10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta 50% kokonaishinnasta. Mikäli varaus peruutetaan alle 10 päivää ennen tilaisuutta, laskutetaan koko varauksen hinta.

You can cancel your reservation without a cost at least 30 days before the event. If the cancellation is done 29-18 days before the event, you will be charged 30% of the total sum of reservation. Cancellation 17-10 days before the event will be charged 50% of the total sum. Whether the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the event, the total sum of the reservation will be charged.
