Tämä huikea 350 neliön paritalo tarjoaa monipuoliset puitteet unohtumattomien tapahtumien järjestämiseen. Täällä luonnistuu niin kokoukset, virkistyspäivät, saunaillat, perhejuhlat ja syntymäpäivien vietto.

Talossa on mm. uima-allas, poreallas, ja peräti 3 saunaa: sähkösauna sisällä sekä puu- ja savusauna ulkona. Myös 8-10 hengen palju poreilla järjestyy ulos tarvittaessa, samoin juhlateltta isommalle porukalle. Kellarissa on biljardisali ja se on varustettu projektorilla. Omat juomat tai ruoat ei ole mikään ongelma, iso keittiö löytyy tietenkin. Lisäksi talossa on 3 takkaa sekä viisi makuuhuonetta. Täällä siis yöpyy, ruokailee ja kokoustaa useampikin. Valomerkkiä ei ole, eli ei tarvitse lopettaa tapahtumaa klo 22 tms :-)

Talo sopii hyvin myös lapsiperheille. Tekemistä riittää niin uiden, pihalla touhuten kuin biljardia pelaten.

Talo sijaitsee vain 10 km:n päässä Helsingin keskustasta, ja lähin ostoskeskuskin on vain 1,5 km:n päässä. Autoille on runsaasti tilaa sisäpihalla ja autotallissa.
