Juhlatalo Sirppu sijaitsee Laitilan keskustan tuntumassa Raumantien ja Ukitien risteyksessä hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Juhlatalolla on oma asfaltoitu parkkipaikka ja talon takaa avautuu upea peltomaisema. Juhlatalon edessä on vuonna 2020 rakennettu siisti aidattu terassialue aurinkovarjoineen ja kalusteineen.
Juhlatalossa on avarat eteistilat ja hyvät wc-tilat sekä miehille, naisille että inva-wc. Tiloista löytyy myös laadukas keittiö ja astiastot ja kalusteet jopa 150 hengelle.

Loppusiivous sisältyy tilavuokraan. Vuokralaisen tulee kerätä omat tavarat ja roskat pois tiloista.
Erityisesti arki-iltojen, aikaisin päättyvien ja pienten ryhmien tapahtumissa voidaan neuvotella tilavuokrasta.
