Finlandia Park Hotel Helsinki Käpylässä tarjoaa rauhoittavan ympäristön yritystilaisuuksien järjestämiseen. Käpylän ihanan puutaloalueen puistot ja puutarhat luovat rauhallisen tunnelman keskelle kiireistä pääkaupunkiseutua.

Meiltä löytyy useampi kokoustila. Kokoustilamme soveltuvat 1-120 henkilön kokouksiin, seminaareihin, koulutustilaisuuksiin tai muihin yritystapahtumiin.

Kokoustila Savotta mahdollistaa teatterimuodossa n. 90 henkilön tilaisuudet. Tila on helposti muokattavissa asiakkaan tarpeen mukaan. Luokkamuodossa tila soveltuu n. 70 henkilön ryhmälle ja U-muodossa 25:lle.

Kokoustila Savotta on korkea ja valoisa luentosalimainen kokoustila, jossa ei ole näköesteitä. Tila on varusteltu videotykillä, valkokankaalla, fläppitaululla sekä muistiinpanovälineillä. Tarvittaessa tila on mahdollista yhdistää kokoustila Käpyyn.

Kokouspakettien lounas voidaan vaihtaa myös pöytiintarjoiltuun kolmen ruokalajin kokouslounaaseen lisämaksusta.

Ryhmätyötilat kokouspaketin yhteydessä 65€/tila/4 h tai 110€/tila/8 h.

Kokoustiloja voi vuokrata myös ilman tarjoilua.
