Sotungin nuorisoseuran talo Fagerlund on suosittu pitopaikka moniin juhliin sekä erityisesti häihin. Myös erilaiset kokoukset sekä muut tilaisuudet sopivat Fagerlundiin hyvin.

Paikan päälle sopii istuen jopa 120 henkeä. Pirttipöytiä tilassa tällä hetkellä n.70 henkilölle. Taittopöytiä käytettävissä lisäksi. Tilaisuuksiin on mahdollista tuoda omat ruoka- ja juomatarjoilut. Tilaan kuuluu myös keittiö sekä esiintymislava.
