Additional information about cancellation policy:
Cancellation Terms
The Client has the right to cancel the event notwithstanding cause. Cancellation shall be made in writing. Epicenter has the right to charge the Client according to the below depending on the amount of days before the event that the cancellation is made.
In the case of cancellation later than eight weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay epicenter 25% of the total order value (Incl. Expected catering, services etc.).
In the case of cancellation later than four weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay epicenter 50% of the total order value.
In the case of cancellation later than two weeks prior to the first day of the event the Client shall pay epicenter 100% of the total order value.
In the case of cancellation of part of the order the payment shall refer to the cancelled part.
In the case of cancellation due to Government sanctioned COVID 19 restrictions the event may be rebooked within 90 days of the original event date without penalty. Restrictions do not apply to guidances, but rather mandated restrictions.
