Sointukylpy on meditatiivinen hetki, jossa osallistujat makoilevat joogamatoilla hoitavien äänien värähdellessä taustalla.

Sointukylvyssä käytetään soittimia, joissa on paljon luonnollisia, harmonisia ylä-ääniä, kuten kehärumpu, tiibetiläiset äänimaljat, sadekeppi, koshi-tuulikellot, kalimba-sansula, ja thingsa-meditaatiokello. Harmoniset ylä-äänet rauhoittavat aivoaaltoja ja saavat kaikki kehomme solut värähtelemään harmonisemmin.

Sointukylpy on matka omaan sisäiseen maailmaan. Se on rauhan hetki, jossa saa vain olla. Äänimatka vie sinut levolliseen paikkaan sisälläsi, jossa saat ladata energiaa ja nauttia harmonisesta äänimaisemasta.
