Skumppajooga on matalan kynnyksen joogatunti, jonka aika nautitaan lasillinen kuohuvaa. Tunti tarjoaa hymyilyttävää haastetta ja hauskoja hetkiä verrattuna perinteiseen joogaan.

Lasi kädessä joogaten saat lempeää liikettä mutta samalla hymyilyttävää haastetta verrattuna perinteiseen joogatuntiin! Erinomainen valinta viikonlopun alkupäiväaktiviteetiksi tai polttareille.

Skumppajooga sopii niin ystäväporukan hauskanviettoon, polttareiden ohjelmanumeroksi tai yrityksen virkistys- tai pikkujoulunumeroksi. Voit olla ensikertalainen tai kokenut joogaaja. Tunti sopii kaikentasoisille ja tärkeintä on yhdessäolo ja hauskanpito - skumppajooga on täydellinen yhdistelmä rentoutumista, naurua ja kippistelyä!

Tuntiin sisältyy laadukkaat välineet ja lasi skumppaa. Jos Lasi ehtii hupenemaan tyhjäksi ennen tunnin päättymistä, niin ei hätää! Tilasta löytyy oma baari josta maistuvat täydennykset järjestyvät omakustanteisesti. Ruokailu on yhdistettävissä päiväänne mm. seinänaapurimme Maestro 51:n kanssa.
