Olutjooga on joogaa rennolla meiningillä, samalla maittavaa juomaa siemaillen. Olutjooga on omanlaisensa, leikkimielinen, joogamuoto, joka ei vaadi aiempaa kokemusta. Kaikki liikkeet tehdään seisten ja jooga sopiikin ihan jokaiselle! Tärkeintä on hyvä asenne ja se, että juoma pysyy mukissa sen suuremmin läikkymättä. Jooga voidaan toteuttaa millä tahansa juomalla, esim. kahvilla tai skumpalla. Ohjelman kesto on 30 minuuttia.

Ohjelma voidaan toteuttaa ulko- tai sisäohjelmana.
