I'd like to say a BIG thank you to you guys! The whole experience turned out to be a gift that keeps on giving. I mean that on behalf of the team, myself and Terkko. It was a worthy endeavor to revisit our values, re-evaluate them, reflect on our personalities and express that on a painting. Most importantly I love the final Terkko painting that emerged. Our space will become all the more vivid and enriched with it!
The values to action workshop was just what ordered. A concise and inspiring part where we mapped our values as a team followed by painting section where we expressed our team values. I think that neither of them would have worked as well without each other.
Also I liked a lot the approachability and expertise of Peppi and Minna and they even got a person like me who has not painted after junior high school to produce a painting and enjoy it.
