TIIMIKOULUTUS LEAN ESCAPE

Kokemuksellisen oppimisen kautta Lean Escape -koulutus kehittää monitahoisen ongelma ratkaisukykyä ja tiiminne ketteryyttä. Opitte tuntemaan toistenne ja koko tiiminne vahvuudet entistä paremmin.

Sisältö:

Koulutus alkaa ennakkokyselyllä ja itsearvoinnilla. Itse pakopelin kestää noin tunnin. Keskustelussa koulutuksen jälkeen saatte ketteryysmentorila palautteen ja koko koulutus kestää noin 2,5 tuntia.

Koulutus keskittyy ketterän organisaation ominaisuuksiin:
  • Tiedonjakaminen ja rohkea kysyminen
  • Heittäytyminen
  • Ideointi
  • Sitoutuminen
  • Epäonnistumisen sietäminen
