Ahveniston alue on Hämeenlinnan keskustan kupeessa sijaitseva ulkoilu- ja luonnonsuojelualue, jossa sijaitsee olympia-aikainen maauimala, kaupungin suosituin uimaranta sekä seikkailupuisto Flowpark Ahvenisto!

Flowpark on ekologinen seikkailuhuvipuisto, jossa pääsee testaamaan kestääkö kantti. Seikkailuradat on rakennettu eläviin puihin niitä vahingoittamatta. Erilaisia tehtäviä pääsee suorittamaan jopa kahdenkymmenen metrin korkeudella. Tehtävät ovat yläköysiratoja sisältäen mm. heiluvia polkuja, liaanihyppyjä, keinuja ja vaijeriliukuja.

Flowparkkaamiseen ei tarvita ennakko-osaamista. Varusteiden käyttö ja radoilla toimiminen opastetaan ennen varsinaisille radoille pääsyä.
