Shaktan tarjoama FlowMeeting on kokous, joka onnistuu. Päivä aloitetaan harjoituksella, joka karkottaa stressin ja pitää huolen kehon ja mielen virkeydestä kokouksen ajan.

Shaktan rauhaisat ja miellyttävät tilat sekä maistuva ruokatarjoilu antavat erinomaiset puitteet unohtumattomalle kokouspäivälle. Tilamme sijaitsevat aivan ydinkeskustan tuntumassa, Kalasataman metroaseman vieressä.

Tämä uudenlainen lähestymistapa kokoukseen avaa mielen ja kehon onnistunutta kokousta varten. FlowMeetingin avulla voitte sanoa hyvästit nuhjuisille kokoustiloille. Saatte itse päättää kokoustatteko tuolien ja pöytien ääressä, vai istuen vaihdellen tyynyillä, patjoilla ja jumppapalloilla.

Aurinkosali ja Shakta-sali mahdollistavat yksilöllisesti räätälöidyn joogatunnin 5-50 hengelle. Tuntimme sopivat kaiken ikäisille ja -kokoisille ja olemmekin pitäneet joogaa hyvin vaihteleville ryhmille tietotyöläisistä laivanrakentajiin.
