Aistirikkaan metsäretken aikana kävellään rauhallisesti luonnossa Metsämieliharjoitteita tehden. Metsämieli yhdistää luonnon hyvinvointivaikutukset ja mielen harjoitteet. Retken aikana nautitaan nuotion loimussa retkieväät. Talvella retki toteutettavsissa lumikenkäillen.

Järjestä elämyksellinen TYKY- tai TYHY-päivä puhtaan luonnon rauhassa. Yhdessä opitaan uutta, nautitaan matkasta, ja löydetään hyvinvointia luonnosta.

Järjestämme yrityksille ja yhteisöille työhyvinvointipäiviä luonnossa. Päivä sisältää erilaisia luontoon liittyviä aktiviteetteja: yhdessä tekemällä opitaan uusia taitoja ja nautitaan kaikilla aisteilla.

Päivä rakennetaan toiveiden pohjalta tai hyödyntämällä olemassa olevia moduuleitamme. Päivän aikana voidaan vuodenajasta riippuen esimerkiksi kävellä tai lumikenkäillä luonnossa, keräillä luonnon antimia suoraan metsästä, ja nauttia eväistä luonnossa.
