Night Club Vegasin Back Stage on sopivasti erillään pääsalista, mutta kuitenkin sen välittömässä läheisyydessä eli Back Stagelta pääsee suoraan pääsaliin. Back Stage on sisustettu rouheaan rockhenkeen ja musavalikoimassa vuorottelevat rock ja Suomi Pop.

Bäkkäri on kuin oma maailmansa, jossa viihdytään mm. pelaillen Back Stagen täysin ilmaisia pelejä flippereistä pöytäfutikseen. Bäkkärille voidaan tilaisuuteesi järjestää myös vaikkapa beer pong. Back Stagen voi liittää isomman tilaisuuden pääsalivaraukseen tai varata sellaisenaan esimerkiksi viikonloppuisin alkuillasta.
