Mikäli peruuntuminen johtuu THL:n suosituksesta liittyen kokoontumisrajoituksiin ja se tehdään, kun tapahtumaan on alle 14 päivää, peruutus on maksuton. Mikäli tapahtuma perutaan tilaaja-organisaation oman linjauksen perusteella kun tapahtumaan on alle 14 päivää, toimitaan yllä olevien peruutusehtojen mukaisesti.
