Upea kokoustila sopii mainiosti johtoryhmän kokoontumisiin sekä pienten workshoppien ja tiimipalavereiden pitopaikaksi. Sinne on myös helppo kattaa tyylikkäät tarjoilut pienille illanvietolle.

Johtoryhmän upea kokoustila soveltuu nimensä mukaisesti 10–15 henkilön johtoryhmän kokouksiin. Arvokkaan tammipöydän ympärille mahtuu 12 henkilöä, jonka lisäksi tilasta löytyy erillinen 5 henkilön sohvaryhmä.

Täällä järjestyy myös loistavasti erilaiset workshopit, koulutukset sekä tiimipalaverit. Tilasta löytyy langaton internet-yhteys ja nykyaikainen kokoustekniikka.

Johtoryhmän kokoistila sijaitsee ruukin entisen pääkonttorin ylimmässä kerroksessa ja se tarjoaa kokouksille rauhallisen ympäristön ilman häiriötekijöitä. Tila on suunniteltu Billnäsin 1930-luvun toimistohuonekalujen tyyliä mukaillen ja rakennuksen alkuperäistä pääkonttorikäyttöä kunnioittaen.
