Droonimestarit-tiimiaktiviteetissa tehtävänä on ohjailla drooni-pienoiskopteri tarkasti ohi kahdeksan esteen “ilmaradan”. Aluksi haasteena on tulkita joukko tehtäväkortteja, joiden teemat eroavat toisistaan.

Tiimit suunnittelevat lentoreitit eli mihin ja milloin lennetään; kuka lentää mihinkin, milloin ja kuka suorittaa kulloisenkin tehtävän.

Jokainen osallistuja pääsee lennättämään helppokäyttöistä droonia. Tiimeille annetaan hetki aikaa harjoitella ja viimeistellä lentoratojaan, ennen kuin koittaa koko joukon yhteinen näytön paikka kellotetun finaalilennätyksen merkeissä.

Voiton vie lentue, joka parhaiten hyödyntää jokaisen jäsenensä panosta ja onnistuu koordinoimaan yksilöiden suoritukset mahdollisimman saumattomasti yhteen näyttäväksi drooni-koreografiaksi.
