Aalto2-museokeskuksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, välittömästi Aalto2 Cafén vieressä sijaitseva Aalto Lounge sopii hyvin kokous- ja ryhmätyötilaksi. Tilassa voi järjestää esimerkiksi kokouksen, pienen konferenssin tai yksityistilaisuuden.

Tila on varusteltu HDMI-liitännällä, 65-tuumaisella näytöllä sekä fläppitaulupapereilla.

Samassa rakennuksessa, välittömästi Aalto2 Loungen vieressä sijaitsee myös Aalto2 Café. Isompiin tilaisuuksiin pystyt vuokraamaan samalla kerralla vaikka molemmat tilat. Aalto2 Café järjestää tarvittaessa ruokailun tai kokouskahvituksen tilaajan toiveiden mukaisesti. Myös alkoholitarjoiluiden järjestäminen onnistuu esimerkiksi yksityistilaisuuteen.
