Järjestätkö isoa yritystapahtumaa, festivaalia tai muuta yleisötilaisuutta ja etsit jotain, mikä todella saa ihmiset viihtymään? Karaoke Caravan on visuaalisesti näyttävä ja tunnelmaa nostattava "plug and play" karaokevaunu, joka toimii täydellisenä ohjelmanumerona ja lisätilana suuremmissa tapahtumissa (jopa 10000 hengen kokonaisuuksissa).

Itse vaunuun mahtuu kerrallaan 15 henkeä nauttimaan laulamisesta ja huipputason äänentoistosta. Kun vaunu tuodaan osaksi suurempaa tapahtumaa, ihmiset voivat seurata menoa vaunun ulkopuolelta, ja lauluvuoroja vaihdetaan joustavasti. Suuremmissa tilaisuuksissa mukana on aina Karaoke Caravanin oma työntekijä, joka huolehtii ihmisvirtojen hallinnasta, lauluvuoroista ja siitä, että tunnelma pysyy katossa koko tapahtuman ajan.

Voimme toimittaa vaunun haluamaasi lokaatioon, kunhan sille löytyy tasainen parkkipaikka, reitti autolla ja verkkovirta 50 metrin säteeltä. Karaoke Caravan on myös loistava lisä Peloton Cycling Eateryn terassille Suvilahteen järjestettäviin isompiin yksityistilaisuuksiin.

Karaoke Caravan – The ultimate crowd puller for festivals and large events!

Are you organizing a large corporate event, festival, or public gathering and looking for something that truly engages the crowd? Karaoke Caravan is a visually striking, plug and play mobile karaoke venue that serves as the perfect entertainment feature and secondary space for large scale events

The caravan itself holds 15 people at a time to enjoy singing with top tier audio. When integrated into a larger event, guests gather around the caravan to watch the show, creating a fantastic festival atmosphere as singers rotate. For these larger events, a dedicated Karaoke Caravan crew member is always present to manage guest flow, organize the singing queue, and ensure the energy stays high throughout the event.

We can deliver the caravan to your chosen location, provided there is vehicle access, a fairly flat parking spot, and a standard mains power socket within 50 meters. The Karaoke Caravan is also an excellent addition to larger private events hosted at the Peloton Cycling Eatery terrace in Suvilahti.

Pricing for large events, festivals, and brand collaborations is always negotiated on a case by case basis depending on the event type, duration, and location.

Meillä ei ole peruutusmaksua tapahtumille, jotka perutaan viimeistään 14 päivää ennen tapahtumaa. 14 päivästä 2 päivään ennen tapahtumaa peruutusmaksu on 50% ja jos peruutus tehdään 48 tuntia ennen tapahtumaa, laskutamme 100% sovitusta hinnasta.

There is no cancellation fee for events up to 14 days before the event. 14 days to 2 days before the event there is a cancellation fee of 50%. If cancelled in the 48 hours prior to the event, the total amount of the quoted fee is still charged, as we loose the possibility to rent out the caravan during that period.

Karavaani on yhteensä noin 14 neliömetrin kokoinen, pöytäalueelle mahtuu noin 8 henkilöä istumaan, lisäksi meillä on ylimääräisiä istumapaikkoja 4 henkilölle. Meillä on myös lisäpöytä, joka voidaan tarvittaessa tuoda lisäämään istumapaikkojen aluetta. Lavan edessä on tanssilattia-alue.

The caravan is around 14sqm in total size, the seating table fits around 8 people, additional seating available for 4 more people. We have an extra table that can be provided if needed to extend the table area seating. There is a dance floor area in front of the stage.
