Villa Koskenäyräs on upea hirsilinna Kymijoen Kokonkosken rannalla. Sijainti on idyllinen ja joen lisäksi tilaa ympäröi tilavat piha-alueet. Pihapiiri on täysin omassa rauhassa kaukana kiireestä ja melusta, kuitenkin lähellä Kotkan kaupunkia ja hyviä kulkuyhteyksiä. Koskenäyräs on vain reilun tunnin ajomatkan päässä Helsingistä sekä Kotkan keskustaan noin 10 km.

Villa Koskenäyräs sopii erinomaisesti monenlaisiin tilaisuuksiin. Päärakennuksella onnistuu kokoukset jopa 50 henkilölle ja Tila sopii hyvin juhliin ja Villa Koskenäyräällä on myös vietetty useat häät! Juhlatilana Villa Koskenäyräs toimii hyvin 80 hengen juhliin.

Päärakennuksen lisäksi joen tuntumasta löytyy rantasauna, kaksi kylpytynnyriä ja grillikatos. Päärakennus jakaantuu kahteen kerrokseen ja makuuhuoneita on 7.
