Metsämindfulness on retki luontoon kaikin aistein. Metsän ja luonnon parantavat voimat tunnistettiin jo entisajan Japanissakin, josta tämä on sittemmin levinnyt ympäri maailmaa. Kun metsään yhdistetään mindfulness, metsän rauhoittava vaikutus on moninkertainen. Osallistujat pääsevät kokemaan luonnon aivan uudella tavalla joka solullaan. Rasteilla havainnoidaan luonnon ääniä ja tuoksuja!

Vauhtifarmin luontopolku kulkee mielenkiintoisten paikkojen halki. Reitille osuu mm. Nurmijärven korkein kallio ja jääkauden aikainen kivimuodostelma: Muinaisranta. Opastetaulut tuovat kivan lisämausteen polulle.

Luontopolku voidaan järjestää omatoimisesti tai opastettuna. Aikaa siihen kannattaa varata noin 1,5h. Voit mennä joko lyhyemmän polun (2,5km), jossa mindfullnessharjoituksia tai sitten pidemmän (3,8km). Mene itseksesi tai ota opas mukaan!

Mindfulness voidaan pitää myös joko kokonaan sisällä tai kombinaationa.

Syksyllä kannattaa ottaa myös sienikori mukaan :)
